• 2 - 4 business days for standard handcrafted items unless stated in the product description

International Shipping

• Free standard airmail for orders above USD 35.
• Standard Airmail: 7-14 business days to arrive most countries upon dispatch.
• Free shipping upgrade for orders over USD 50: 7-14 business days upon  dispatch
• All parcels come with a tracking number. You may see real time status when you login your Oblession membership account, or get SMS updates if opted.

Note: Above lead times are just estimates and based on Sep 2024 statistics. They may vary from time to time due to country-specific domestic shipping situation, seasonal peaks, industry actions and other variables.

Fulfillment Centers

Depending on the items you ordered and your countries, items are dispatched from either United States or Canada.  Courier services engaged include but not limited to: 

• USPS
• Canada Post
• Royal Mail
• SF Express International (Asia)

Invoicing, Taxes, Customs & Duties

For convenience for gifting and conserving the environment, no invoices will come along in the parcel. 

Oblession customers are not charged any sales taxes (e.g. GST, VAT) at our store checkout.

However in any circumstances, customers are liable for the taxes, customs and duties charged by your countries shall any arises. Any unclaimed packages by customers we will consider completion of shipment and transaction. 

Cancellation Policy

Our team works hard to ensure that you have your jewelry out in a timely fashion so we start the creation process immediately after placing the order. If you need to cancel the transaction, please contact us within 8 hours upon purchasing.

Exchange & Returns

All of our jewelry are intimate products. We do not re-purpose returned jewelry for our next customers. Due to this our jewelry could not be exchanged or returned. They would only be catered when the fault was ours. In the event of a refund, it will be provided in the form of credit.

However we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so If you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us within 14 days of receipt and we can solve the issue.

Our policies apply to all international customers including those in the EU. Should you have any particular concern please contact us prior purchase.
