Exchange & ReturnsAll of our jewelry are intimate products. We do not re-purpose returned jewelry for our next customers. Due to this our jewelry could not be exchanged or returned. They would only be catered when the fault was ours. In the event of a refund, it will be provided in the form of credit.
However we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so If you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us within 14 days of receipt and we can solve the issue.
